comparable sales, we will prepare your Agreement of Purchase
and Sale. A thorough review and explanation of the conditions
and clauses is conducted. If required, I will present the
offer on your behalf, convey negotiations and provide you
with professional advice. You will never feel pressured and
the decision to decline, reject or accept an offer, will always
be yours.
The
Offer is Accepted - All documents will be forwarded
to your mortgage representative for approval. I recommend
booking a building inspection for a time that is convenient
for you to attend. This is an excellent opportunity to familiarize
yourself with the property, and potential maintenance that
may be required. We will ensure that all conditions are fulfilled
within agreed deadlines and that documents are forwarded to
your Lawyer, who will represent you to close the transaction.
A
Firm and Binding Agreement - This means that all
your conditions have been fulfilled and the Sold sign is up
on your dream home. We will be available to answer questions
as they come up. It’s a good time to celebrate and start
